HOMO PROSPECTUS RORSCHACH TEST: FAILED

Fascinating article in the NYT about "prospection" and a new thought in psychology that rather than being homo sapiens, we are homo prospectus - forward-thinking, or forward-imagining, creatures. see: Prospective Psychology.

The thing is, when I read this article and saw the image above, my first impression was a collection of nooses, rather than a collection of light bulbs.
